production data collection system The Production Data Collection System was designed to record the progress of jobs through a factory. The first system was installed at a large precision engineering company. Networked terminals with built-in barcode readers, alpha-numeric LCD displays and keypads are used to clock on, off and to record diversions - reasons why the job cannot continue such as breakdowns, lack of raw materials and so on. Each employee has been issued with an ID card with a barcode and job cards with barcodes for each operation are used to capture information quickly. The system is integrated with the JobBoss Job Control package and captures progress information on its behalf.

access control systems We have designed a number of access control units. These units are generally added to existing access control systems to provide specific control.
